Please note :
Calor Gas, Campingaz Refillable Cylinders, Primus Gas Refillable Cylinders and Drinks dispence cylinders can only be ordered for delivery by Adams Gas vehicles in the Kent, East Sussex, Croydon, parts of Surrey and the London SE and SW area only.

Gas cylinders are available for delivery by Adams Gas delivery vehicles in the area stated above, or via our stockist network throughout the country. If no stockist is available in your area, we can arrange for a bottle to be delivered to you via the Hazourdous Goods Network couriers.

Payment on the internet

Not available. Please place order and then we will contact you to arrange delivery and payment

Guarantee and Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you should return the goods (Sealed and unused) within 10 days of receipt in their original packaging undamaged in any way, and we will refund the full purchase price.

Should the goods be incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will meet the cost of return and replace or exchange any such goods. We will refund you for the price paid including the delivery charge.

In all other circumstances we will either exchange the goods or refund the amount paid less the postage and packaging.

Cylinder Deposit Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit Overview

Each gas cylinder is supplied with its own refundable deposit, which is charged at the point of purchase. Deposit values vary depending on the cylinder size and type.

2. Refund Eligibility

A deposit is refundable only when the cylinder is returned in acceptable condition, meaning:

  • The cylinder is an original Adams Gas or Adams Gas–approved stockist cylinder.
  • The cylinder is not damaged beyond normal wear.
  • The valve and body are intact and safe to handle.

3. Returning a Cylinder to a Stockist (Full Refund)

Customers may return their cylinder to any official Adams Gas stockist.

  • When returned directly to a stockist, the customer will receive the full deposit amount, provided the cylinder meets the return conditions above.
  • Stockists may require proof of deposit payment.

4. Requesting a Collection (Deposit Minus Collection Charge)

If the customer prefers the cylinder to be collected:

  • A collection charge will apply.
  • The refund issued will be the deposit amount minus the collection charge.
  • Collection availability may vary by postcode and stockist coverage.

5. Non‑Refundable Situations

A deposit refund may be refused if:

  • The cylinder is not an Adams Gas cylinder.
  • The cylinder is significantly damaged, modified, or unsafe.
  • The customer cannot provide reasonable proof that a deposit was paid (where required).

6. Lost or Unreturned Cylinders

If a cylinder is lost, stolen, or otherwise not returned, the deposit cannot be refunded.

7. Changes to Deposit Values

Adams Gas reserves the right to update deposit values or collection charges at any time. Any changes will not affect deposits already paid.
